She currently resides in southeastern Wisconsin and teaches undergraduate courses in communication. As a yoga teacher and Reiki Master, Candy enjoys a healthy yoga and meditation practice to help balance her physical, mental, and spiritual health.Her published works include a children's book entitled Meet My Jesus, and a contribution to the anthology Inspiring True Stories of Everyday Heroes: From the Frontlines of COVID-19. Candy is also working on a 30-day self-help journal, as well as a 30-day guide to help indie writers navigate their journeys to becoming published authors.
