I also went through my own challenges getting divorced after 12+ years of happy, long term relationships, and then a period of 5 years being single where I discovered so much about myself and created my own proven framework for dating and finding love! (Currently in a long term relationship now!) And I intuitively started moving towards and living a more wholistic lifestyle, after a martial arts injury gave me a huge wake up call to change my life and live on purpose - according to Chinese Medicine (TMC) if you are experiencing health problems it's the universe telling you to change your lifestyle and follow your soul's purpose.
