Aoife studied nutrition at the ...view moreAoife Hearne, RD (registered dietitian), is a member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute, the professional body for dieticians in Ireland. Aoife studied nutrition at the University of Tennessee on an athletics scholarship and went on to complete a dietetic internship at the world-renowned Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston. Aoife has been the nutrition expert on RTÉ’s Operation Transformation since 2014. She was the first dietitian to be part of the show in the year it won an IFTA. She lives in Waterford with her husband and family.view less
