He also has worked in the corporate world in supervisory and managerial positions. He is a licensed clinical Christian counselor, psychotherapist, and cognitive therapist under the National Christian Counselor Association (NCCA) in Sarasota, Florida.
Dr. Hibbert has trained and licensed many counselors. Some are active in the counseling field today. For many years, Dr. Hibbert operated his private practice in the northern and southern United States and the Caribbean, bringing hope to the hopeless and healing to the wounded and hurting.
