“I would write short stories and poetry, but much of the writings were lost when we shifted from Kuwait to Jordan during the Gulf war. I spent years struggling to adapt to the change and thinking about the writings I had lost. I started writing again at the age of 15 and have been writing since.
In 1994, in an interview with BBC, I discussed the terror of war, the struggles of leaving home and my single ray of hope amid the chaos, my writing. Today I am a mother of four, a pharmacist employed in a pharmaceutical distribution company, and I am a writer spreading hope, love and positivity.
My latest work is a work of fantasy. Through it, I want to help people discover hidden wonder and magic that has gotten lost in the chaos of the world we live in today.”view less
