She speaks three languages, has two black belts in Tae Kwon Do, and enjoys many activities including snorkeling, horseback riding, photography, reading, sudoku, coloring, chess, and gaming on PS4. She lives with her family in a seaside village in Baja California Sur, Mexico, with her tiny black kitty, Little Mink. She has a Master's of Science in Psychology: clinical counseling, and is an advocate for mental health and reducing the stigma of severe mental illness. Believing whole-heartedly in the power of holistic naturopathic medicine, she takes a spiritual approach, in that, everything is connected: by healing one's spirit, one may heal the mind, and subsequently, the body.
