Nick and his siblings came to Canada with their father, leaving Mom behind. At age 14, upon Nick’s request, he and his siblings were removed from their home and put into foster homes due to physical abuse.Nick attended Brock University and along with his team, won the National Wrestling Championships. He won multiple National titles, then went on to garner Gold for Canada at the Commonwealth Games and was inducted into the Brock Hall of Fame.Nick is the founder of UGO High Performance, an international coaching and training company dedicated to developing high performing leaders, organizations and teams. He works with CEO’s, leadership teams, Olympians and world champions to take their performance to the next level. He is a certified executive coach, and holds a BSc from Brock University and an MBA from Royal Roads University.Nick is the chief of his native village in Nigeria and the proud father of two children. He is an advocate for youth in care, and frequently speaks on their behalf. He inspires youth to overcome adversity, succeed and pay it forward.
