He taught graduate courses on family therapy, as well as the process of forgiveness. He has been a regular retreatant at the Abbey of Gethsemani and a consultant for the community. William was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Kentucky Psychological Association in 2015. With his wife Kathleen, he enjoys the company of their four children and nine grandchildren at their home in Lexington, Kentucky.view less
