Anita holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Hampton University, a J.D in Employment and Labor Law from Temple University, and is currently a Ph. D. student at Liberty University, studying Organizational Psychology.
Anita is the Owner and Principal Consultant of the Employee and Labor Relations Academy, a business consulting firm specializing in employment law matters. She is also the Owner of 1Nterprises, LLC, and engages as a motivational speaker and writer. Anita also founded and runs the JWP foundation, which is a non-profit foundation designed to eradicate homelessness and food insecurity.
Anita is blessed to have one amazing son, Worthy, and a host of wonderful family and friends. She lives in the DC Metro Area.view less
