Her passion for writing resurfaced during the pandemic and her work can be found on The Rumpus, Nowruz Journal, Santa Clara Review, and Wanderlust. She currently co-leads the Iranian American Cultural Society of Rhode Island and is on the What Cheer Writers Club's B/I/POC advisory committee. She lives in Providence with her husband and daughter.
