From the time her father disclosed to her that he had founded underground aviation, on which she wrote a treatise, to whenever she asked her very competent, elderly mother, "how do you feel, Mom," and heard her reply, "With my hands"- every single time, which then engendered a laugh riot-every single time. In her family, puns were a way of communicating and laughter always prevailed. Things went on like this for a very long, long, time. Finally, she decided that the limericks she had written throughout her adult life needed an audience. And you are it!In addition to being a Realtor in Westchester County, New York, which is no laughing matter, Miriam is the presumed inventor of the multi-stanza limerick story, which she believes to be unique to the genre.view less
