She began her education in Hamtramck, Michigan, graduated from Wayne County Community College and was one of the first students to attend the new educational concept. She has contributed to various newspapers and had a byline in the Belleville Independent News, Belleville, Michigan. Ms. Lloyd-Caldwell was active with local community organizations and collected baby items for First Step organization, which helps abused women and children. She was chosen for a very important project (American student information service), which located her to Germany through a program that brought students to various countries for additional education. That was her best experience that a young person could ever achieve.view less
