Though his accomplishments are significant, his greatest achievement was overcoming a horrendous life of trouble, from being an 8th-grade dropout to working as an indentured servant and surviving the cruelty of poverty in West Africa. Today, he currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Master's degree in International Relations and Conflict Resolution from the American Military University (AMU).
