He was the senior scientist on the installation of the first earth satellite tracking system for the U.S. Air Force. His career turned to business, where he became an executive officer in three Fortune 500 corporations. Nearing the age of retirement, he turned to entrepreneurship and created and operated a computer sales and service company serving advertising agencies and retail businesses.
