Shircliff is one of the original founding members of VITALITY Cincinnati in 2010. He taught religion and coached golf & swimming at St. Xavier High School (1997 - 2013) and taught religion at St. Ursula Academy (2018). Thanks to his excellent teachers, from the very beginning of his own teaching career, Brian realized that providing opportunities for people to share with one another stories and insights from texts and life was the very best way of education...a discovering together, a 'leading out' to new horizons. Everything is new again, or can be, every day through each of our rich perspectives shaped by imagination and sensation.He is fascinated by the impossible and incredibly important opportunity of trying to imagine or even guess at the human experiences that gave rise to ancient stories and traditions by reading the ancient texts and artifacts we have inherited...the inner basements within us ALL.As a somatic explorer and meditator, he directs programs at VITALITY and is excited to see graduates beginning their own small businesses through yoga, meditation, gardening, herbalism, sustainability, Movement Intelligence®, Healing Touch and more that they go on to invent.His college studies in Hebrew and Greek and French (and recently Sanskrit) have deepened his understandings of life, something for which he is profoundly grateful and hopes more people will explore with him.view less
