I h...view moreI am Susan McElligott MA Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have dedicated my life to raising a family while continuing to invest in my own personal and professional development. I have worked in private practice as a clinical hypnotherapist for over 20 years and have successfully helped thousands of clients overcome difficult circumstances. I have a particular interest in helping children and young adults who are struggling with mental health issues. The work is challenging but light-hearted and I endeavour to bring a more human aspect to an otherwise clinical setting. I believe laughter and fun are the most powerful and important foundations of approaches to healing. My mission is to teach people how to find meaning in their lives, to not only survive trauma but to thrive in spite of it. I aim to do this through my writings and trainings.view less
