She would spend hours there daydreaming about what her future would be like when she got older. Those who knew her would describe her as talkative, hardworking, kind, caring, ambitious, and optimistic.Her dreams were always consistent: Migrating to America, having a large family, becoming very successful, and helping her family.Her dreams came true when she migrated to America from Jamaica at 18 years old as a young, Black, Jamaican woman with few belongings. Yet, through hard work and a positive mindset. Sheryl became a mother of seven successful children. She’s a wife, a realtor, an entrepreneur, a nurse, and a life coach.She hopes that her stories will help encourage anyone who may feel stuck, overwhelmed and believe that success in any area of their life is not attainable.
