Growing up playing sports allowed him to travel America and later accept an athletic scholarship to Rice University. After graduating, job opportunities and adventures took him to the Pacific Northwest and Southern California. He later relocated to Tennessee and started a family. He dedicated the next twenty-six years to a law enforcement career, five in patrol then as a homicide detective.view less
