After leaving school at the age of fifteen he forged a successful career in the motor trade, going from the garage workshops into senior management, and everything in between.
He moved to the south of England in the 1970’s, where he made a significant contribution to the local area, including the formation of a boys football club.
Since retiring in 2001 he has divided his time between his home in Oxfordshire, his extended family in Hertfordshire and holidays in Spain.view less
