Inspired by her mother, nature, life and her cat, the author creates “talking points” to feed her mind and soul with affirmations that after continued repetition will be finally accepted as facts. A series of setup phrases that the mind can use to nurture the inner self and feel worthy, content, loved, happy, valuable. Images that the mind can use to refresh the soul in days when the load feels too heavy to be watching thoughts.
The author opens herself and allows Life to embrace her, which lead her to joyful moments and communion with nature, its beauty, and the Divine. She reminds us this instant is the only moment that counts and that there is no need to wait until tomorrow to start living our best life.view less
