Mirsky is also the author of A Raft on the River, a true story of Holocaust escape and survival in occupied World War II Poland, as well as two works of philosophy: Choice and Action (2016) and Value and Representation: Three Essays Exploring the Implications of a Pragmatic Epistemology for Moral Thought (2019). He has also written for a number of newspapers and penned a regular bi-weekly column for more than two decades, "The Rockaway Irregular," for a local weekly exploring social and political issues.
