She also holds a degree in environmental design, among other disciplines. However, in the past fifteen years or so, she has been teaching English as a foreign language to executives in both the private and public sectors. She has also worked closely with teenagers and young adults not only as a language teacher but also as a counselor.
In the course of this period of time, she has often had to act as a “confessor” to a great majority of her students. This experience has offered her great insight into what makes the society as a whole tick. Since she loves people and everything related to the mind and how it works, she finds this line of work stimulating as it keeps her in constant touch with all sorts of people. People are an infinite source of information about life; they often bring out the best in us all.
Since she has lived in both the African and Spanish societies for a very long time, she is well-versed in the cultures and beliefs in both. Thus the mention made of most of the issues in the Statuette is based on facts.
Religions of all kinds have always roused her curiosity. The paranormal and related fields interest her a lot, and she has carried out extensive studies into many of them. She researched, wrote, and presented excellently graded papers on reincarnation and superstition for a psychology course while at university.
Her hobbies include her family and friends, nature, the environment, meditating, travelling, designing, books (as she is a voracious reader), exercising, cooking, and lots more. She simply loves writing; she finds it absolutely relaxing.view less
