She highlights the joys and struggles of several NovatoSpirit kids, as they play new sports and learn life lessons.
Schinske has been an award-winning news reporter for The Point Reyes Light and a professor at Sonoma State University, where she taught journalism and media ethics. In addition, she has written numerous news articles for the Novato Advance.
Currently, she lives with her husband and son in Novato, and serves as executive director for NovatoSpirit (www.novatospirit.org).view less
