She grew up in Augusta, Georgia and has involved herself in creative activities such as: writing, theater, singing, working with children, and yoga. She graduated from Wesleyan College with a BA in English and a minor in Music, and then from Augusta State University with a MA in Teaching.
She is a success. Several of Celestial K.’s poems are published in the online magazines Eye On Life, Current Accounts, and Congruent Spaces. Interestingly, Catherine Doyle Sullivan, who designed the gorgeous cover art for Soul Thoughts, is also her Aunt.
Celestial K. is currently a Language Arts teacher and claims there is never a dull moment. Personally she strives to develop spiritually and grow in love, and she insists the world do the same.
In her words, Celestial K. says: “I hope to share my words so that you feel something beautiful and fulfilling when you finish reading. I also want to move you to feel inspiration—let your own creativity and passion guide your soul so that you are satisfied in every area of your life. You can do all you desire. This is what I’m learning.”
In the future, Celestial K. will continue to follow her passion with writing and publishing poetry as well as novels, and she looks forward to people reading her work.view less
