A fierce advocate for women and small businesses, she is a United States House of Representatives Small Business Committee Congressional Witness and serves on the National Retail Federation Retail Advisory Council. Her awards include NRF Champion of Retail and 2020 Enterprising Women of the Year. Theo was the Executive Producer of the documentary “Dreamer” with 11-time Emmy Award winning Director Nick Nanton about the world’s most innovative entrepreneurs. Theo is also a founding member of the Zuckerberg Institute, Randi Zuckerberg’s initiative to empower worldwide entrepreneurship and women in STEM.
