She recently became a widow after 45 years of marriage. She and her husband, Frank, were blessed with four children to rear.
After Frank passed away, Jean sat in her lazy-boy chair and cried everyday, remembering all the wonderful and funny events during their life together. She was able to hook up with her, Jerry who now resides in the Philippines. She poured her broken heart out to Jerry and made the statement, “I could write a book about all the great events we shared during marriage”. Jerry’s answer, “then do it” and with Jerry’s encouragement and love, Dancing on the Rainbow became reality. Jena wrote the events and emailed them to Jerry. Jerry would proofread and correct all mistakes and then send back to Jean to finalize the writing. Through all this work, Jean began to realize that she did not really hate her cousin Jerry, she actually loved the work they did together and got great joy from their long conversations on the internet. Jerry is a widow of 8 years after thirty years of living together on a 36-foot sailboat with her mate. She played a large part in putting back a smile on Jean’s face.view less
