The streets of Philadelphia prove to be a valuable testing ground for his rites of passage in an often-cruel world. Where crime, mayhem, and murder was just a part of the norm. never the less, I found solace in putting things down on paper, no matter how bad. It gave me a chance to stay in touch with my sanity, while searching for a way out.
In addition, there were the family ties, those ties that bind for life. Moreover, through all this chaos, when the way seems darkest, James found the light. Soon after the drug related murder of his youngest brother, James began to assess his own lifestyle and how it affects his family. And yes, he found that marvelous light.
