History is her passion. She was the curator of Macrorie House Museum in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. Her book “A Gentle Alternative” contained recipes for health and beauty using eco-friendly ingredients. Now widowed, she lives in the quaint village of Napier, Western Cape, South Africa.view less
