He has spent the past 30 years in the study and practice of meditation, consciousness, and Eastern thought and philosophy. His study led him to the conception of personal programming. He has taught meditation for many years.
His studies in Eastern practices began with Transcendental Meditation and continued with workshops and seminars with Ken Keyes Jr., Jean Houston, and expert teachers of the Vipassana Meditation, Kripalu Yoga Center, Omega Institute, Princeton University, Silva Mind Control and Reiki.
His book Wake up Now and Enjoy Life! reflects his study of the works of J. Krishnamurti, Deepak Chopra, the Bhagaved Gita, Hermann Hesse, Isaac Asimov, Ram Dass, His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh yogi, Herbert M. Shelton, Rudolph Steiner, Ernest Holmes, Thich Nhat Hanh and Mary Baker Eddy.
The author experienced a profound shift in perception, awareness and control of his experience of life, which so enhanced every aspect of his life that he decided to share his knowledge and understanding in the form of this book.
