She is the author and illustrator of Mission to Metlakatla, published by Houghton Mifflin Co., Boston, MA, 1968, an Authors Guild Backinprint.com Edition, iUniverse, 2013; co-author with Murray Wentworth, N.A., (1927-2008) of Watercolor For All Seasons, published by North Light, 1984. Her illustrations from The Lighthouse Keeper’s Daughter, Mystic Seaport Publishers, Mystic, CT, are represented in the Mazza Museum of International Art from Picture Books, University of Findlay in Ohio. Elaine currently resides in Oneonta, New York.
