She is serving as a member in the board within the New York State CEC ( Council for Exceptional Children) organization. Erica is an advocate and strongly believes that early exposures and connections builds experiences and paves a path in leading closer to accomplishing the goal of unity, equality and equity in understanding cultures successfully.
