I served with 9 Parachute Squadron, Royal Engineers in the 70’s. I then ran my own retail business for over a decade before going to university to become a qualified youth worker. Once qualified, I became an expedition leader and free-lance outdoor pursuits instructor taking groups to various countries around the world.
