Durin...view moreAmanda Jean has always had a spot in her heart for expressing her emotions through writing. Amanda created Skipper the Squirrel shortly after the birth of her first daughter. During this time she lived in scenic Northwest Arkansas, which provided her with the inspiration to write the book. In 2011, Amanda graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock majoring in professional and technical writing and media production and design. She currently resides in Central Arkansas with her husband and their three daughters. She is in the process of developing an
