This young lady is more than a triple threat. She surpasses most poetic artists today because of her ability to edify, encourage, & inspire. It does not take anyone too long to notice that when you hear her poems, or read her writing’s to know that she definitely has been gifted by God in a extra-ordinary way.
Shirley cannot be compared to anyone. Her style is her very own as she is inspired by the Word of God, and gives all the Glory to God for it all. She simply loves to share her poems everywhere she goes, hoping that those who hear will also be inspired just as she!
A Recent Talent Show winner for her poem’s where she graduated in 2010 from Cottonwood Leadership College.
Shirley also loves spending time at a Women’s Support Group where she is used to lead in prayer, sharing scripture, and bringing counsel to women needing support. She believes women that have been brokenhearted, need to be loved back to strength. And that our God & Lord Savior Jesus Christ will meet every broken woman at their sacrifice.
Shirley is also president and Founder of “House of Hannah / Women of Faith Ministries, Inc.
A home she has opened to provide a safe place for women who have been abused, battered, and broken, designed to repair broken lives through faith in Christ Jesus.
Though Shirley has had to endure through many hardships in life, she has been given the impeccable ability to reach out to others of every age group of life, so often to those who also have had to go through many hardships. Able to bring an encouraging word, counsel, and something they need to hear to lift them out of despair, hopelessness, & distress.
