Moving and meeting new people shapes a child as either an outgoing person or a very withdrawn and shy person. Thankfully, she became the outgoing child. Ministry continued in marriage with her husband, Richard, and their seminary journey at Southern Theological Seminary with two young sons, Paul and Andrew. When she graduated, her goal was to be in ministry with preschool and children; she accomplished it and has served in church ministry for the last thirty years. Now retired, she has time for writing children’s books and putting herself in their place as she writes from a child’s perspective. Sandy prays that God will use her first book, Mom, Does God Hear Me When I have Laryngitis? as a stepping stone into a child’s world of fun and learning.view less
