As a cancer survivor, Cynthia is determined to persevere and accomplish her goals. While battling Lymphoma at that age of 20 she founded Beads for Battle, a nonprofit cancer support organization.
...view moreAs a cancer survivor, Cynthia is determined to persevere and accomplish her goals. While battling Lymphoma at that age of 20 she founded Beads for Battle, a nonprofit cancer support organization.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University in Sociology and a Master of Science degree in Public Health from California State University, Northridge. With her involvement in numerous hospitals, Cynthia became inspired to focus on her writing and a career dedicated to working with children, specifically in the field of healthcare. She is heavily involved in the Armenian community, as well as the cancer community where she strives to advocate for youth.
Cynthia plans to create more whimsical stories centered around families and valuable life lessons, while embedding her knowledge of public health in her writing and encouraging children to explore their imagination.view less
