He has seen people struggle with the power addiction has in the lives of the people who are in bondage to it. He spent eight years of his life in addiction, as well, and he knows what this life is like. His years of working with the addicted have given him insight on how to approach and help people. As he got into this field of ministry, he noticed that there were no devotional books written with the addict in mind, and so began his journey to create such a book. He uses personal experiences and the wisdom of Scripture to point readers toward a better life.view less
