He was born in Iligan City Philippines and moved out of the Philippines at the age of 13 to live in Zephyrhills Florida, Tampa Bay Area. At the age of 27, he then moved to Houston where he now lives and works as a marketing liaison for several skilled nursing facilities. Dale identifies himself as a gay man and considers himself a good friend to many. He loves to travel and has been to many places in Europe.
