Galiyas is an elementary school art educator, reading specialist, artist and muralist. His artwork has been published in international magazines and books such as “Art Buzz” and “American Art Collector” and he also has artwork displayed in various galleries located across the Pittsburgh metro area. He has been working as an educator for 8 years and developed a passion for using children’s books to help inspire his students in art class. When he is not creating art or inspiring his students, he is spending time agitating his expecting wife, helping to tend to the family chickens, and playing with their dog, Sherwin. He is excited for this new, upcoming writing endeavor, and the adventure of becoming a parent with his wife, and hopes to inspire creativity, and the use of imagination to students outside of his classroom as well as his own.view less
