He has studied many forms of successes and failures over the last decade. The reason for this is allot of wisdom and knowledge may be obtained through both successes and failures in the development of achievement. Also, he believes if youre always studying success then you are only bound to be successful if you apply what you learn. This is similar to the saying you are what you eat, if you eat healthy you become healthy and vice versa. He knows that once anyone chooses a definite course that is passionate for them they are bound to attain it if they use an approach thats simple and practical for them.
Esmonde also with utmost respect and compassion believes in all of humankind for the better. He knows with certainty that anyone can drastically increase the quality of their life with simple shifts in behavior. He also knows that many people coast along in life with no direction, whether it be because their in the loop of success (i.e.: they just cant improve themselves anymore) or because they just havent made a clear enough decision. Allot of times decisions are made due to lack of ones believe in themselves and their abilities. With his definite attitude (though its not guaranteed as your success depends on you) you are bound to see many positive changes in your day to day life if you apply the few simple principles he teaches.
