However, I have first hand experience. As a young child, I lost my mother through death, my father by abandonment and rejection, and my siblings and I were separated. Catastrophic losses have a domino effect.
My marriage ended and after a while, my two young sons moved across the country to live with their father. About a year and a half after the divorce, ovarian cancer threatened my life at the age of forty. The depression that ensued was horrendous.view less
