With roots stemming back to the Shekomeko Indians in her home town, Dorinda feels blessed to be part of her "FIRST PEOPLE" heritage. She is the proud mother of 3 beautiful children and has three gorgeous grand-daughters.
Dorinda began writing poetry in 2008, shortly after her father passed. What started out as a tool for coping, writing quickly became her passion. Her goal is to make the reader FEEL her words.view less
