They shared values, interests and as newly Certified Executive Coaches from Royal Roads University in British Columbia, were excited to partner on many projects. They found a particular passion for working with and helping other women have richer and more satisfying lives. Through the development of a variety of workshops and projects including ”Wine, Women and Song”, “Wise Women Weekend”, and “Change in Mind” the first edition of Possibility Mind Shift or “PMS” was born. They created a web based coaching program, had a weekly newspaper column, worked with professional women in organizations and individuals as coaching clients. They found that bringing humour and laughter to the process enriched the deep reflective learning. From these experiences PMS has become richer and fuller from their own Coaching practices as well as the feedback of their clients.view less
