He has a true hunger for knowledge and loves to express himself through his books with many writing methods. The book you are reading happens to be the first book he has felt proud enough to publish after years of writing.
Because of his father's Military career in the Air Force, the family moved to Japan when Marquis was five, and at an early age he had an over active imagination that helped him write many adventure stories.
In the 14 years of living overseas he has written many projects from the age of twelve when he drew his own comic books and sold them for a quarter a piece. In high school he worked on video projects and wrote and directed movies like “The Manhunt games series” about a teenager being trained to be a military cop that ultimately becomes a spy. Or his play about a Death row in mate seeking redemption called “Living to Die.”
Now five years after leaving Japan and graduating Kadena High school and later collage, Marquis Turner now lives in Wisconsin with his wife Krystal and his son Joshua. He enjoys writing, practicing mix marshal arts, inventing, and spending time with his family. He is now working on the second installment for Civil Patrol and is also pursuing a new project that could come out next year.view less
