Amethyst Rose, is a strong advocate for equality and acceptance.
Her double major in Special Education, primary focus was
Autism, and Theater enabled her in providing a more acceptable
environment for individuals with special needs using theatre as the
venue by which to meet this goal.
She has counseled many children and parents regarding coping,
accepting and acknowledging challenges. She helps young folks
to deal with “bullying” through skits and short plays. Her 30 plus
years in Human Resources, primarily senior level, addressed many
issues regarding, individuals with disabilities, Gays, Lesbians,
Transgender etc in the work environment.view less
