I am a woman who was looking for love at the age of seventeen and received love in my forties. I cared for three beautiful children, who shared me with the world that God placed in my heart from the start. I did what I had to do to make ends meet, and I beat the devil at his own game, so I stand proudly and boldly. I salute my children and grandchildren for putting up with the long nights alone and the hot summer days in their own daze, not knowing what outcome was brought to them.
