Her father was a ...view morePatricia Capeci Beretta was born in Mechanicville, New York; a small, paper mill community clustered with immigrants from Italy (her family), Germany, and Poland. Her father was a minister, and Patricia taught Sunday school when she was just fourteen years old. She graduated from Rowan (Glassboro) University with a B.A. and M.A.
Now married to a minister, she and her husband have three children, eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. As a retired educator, she now enjoys writing, reading, cooking, gardening, and sewing. Her favorite pastime, however, is writing children’s books.view less
