She moved to Santa Maria California and received her Associate of Science degree from Allan Hancock College. She is inspired to write for children. She retired from General Telephone and Lockheed Martin. Her hobbies are reading, traveling, doing volunteer work and traveling on Amtrak to San Diego to visit her grandchildren. She makes friends along the way and calls them her Amtrak friends. She has a daughter and a son who are professionals and four grandchildren. She resides in Santa Maria California.view less
