In 2001, I wro...view moreI was born in the USA, Los Angeles, California to be exact. My parents and most of my relatives are from Iran, in fact. I’ve had a passion for rhyme and rap since I was 11 years old. In 2001, I wrote my signature poem IllumiNation which was published in The Colors of Life by Howard Ely in 2003. I have travelled far and wide in Iran to get in touch with my roots. I have studied with dervishes and been guided by such noble Persian poets such as Rumi, Hafez, Sa’adi and Khayyam which eventually led to the publication of Life Lines Volume 1 and Life Lines Volume II in 2009.view less
