He has made many trips in Europe and has spent much time in the south of France with the family and friends of his French-born wife.
He received a degree in history from Emory University in 1970. His courses in religion, especially one about the role of the gnostics in Egypt and the writings of the church fathers, always intrigued him.
This book is an attempt to put together everything he has learned on these subjects and to clarify in his own mind and the readers’ what happened to bring about the Christian religion that we know today.view less
